Here is a quick guide to returning a product. The full rules are in articles 8 and 9 of our Terms and Conditions, where you will also find the withdrawal form.
You have 14 days to change your mind
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to give a reason.
How to return a product
- Write to ordini@centellino.it within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the products you want to return. If you prefer, you can use the withdrawal form, but it is not compulsory.
- Within 14 days of telling us, send the products back to: DNA Consulting S.r.l.s. – Centellino, Via delle Cappelle 17, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy.
- Pack them carefully, ideally in their original packaging: mouth-blown glass is fragile.
Costs and refund
- You pay the cost of returning the products.
- We refund everything you paid, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may wait until we have received the products, or proof that you have sent them back, before making the refund.
- If the products come back used or damaged beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss of value.
What cannot be returned
- Pasta, pulses, grains and other food in sealed packaging, if opened after delivery.
- Amari and liqueurs, if the bottle has been opened or the seal removed.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, these products cannot be returned once opened (Article 59(1)(e) of the Italian Consumer Code). Intact, unopened packs can be returned as normal.
Broken, faulty or wrong product
If a product arrives broken, faulty or different from the one you ordered, write to us at ordini@centellino.it with your order number and a few photos: within 7 days of delivery for damage in transit, and within two months of discovering the problem in all other cases. In this case you pay nothing, not even the return shipping: we replace the product or refund you, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
