Where we ship
At the moment we only ship within Italy. We are getting ready to ship to the other countries of the European Union: we will switch this on soon and announce it on this page.
How much it costs
- €7.90 per order, VAT included.
- Free on orders of €89 or more (the amount is calculated after any discounts).
Shipping costs cover packaging and carriage and are always shown in the basket and in the order summary, before you confirm your order.
Timescales
- We generally ship within 2 working days of receiving your payment (for bank transfers, from when the funds reach our account).
- We deliver by UPS express courier. In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of your order.
- When your parcel leaves us, we email you a tracking link. No signature is required on delivery.
Several orders
We recommend grouping your items into a single order: we cannot combine orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Packaging and delivery
The Centellino and the glasses are made of mouth-blown glass: they travel in roomy, well-protected boxes designed for shipping fragile items.
On delivery, check that the parcel is intact. If it is damaged or has been tampered with, accept the delivery with reservation (“con riserva”), stating the reason on the courier’s delivery note, and write to us within 7 days at ordini@centellino.it, ideally with a few photos. The risk of loss of or damage to the products only passes to you at the moment of delivery.
