Description
Amaro Agorà is an artisan meditation amaro: 70 cl, 30% vol. It is born from an infusion of herbs and roots, left to rest for as long as it takes for the bitterness to settle and the balsamic notes to emerge.
On the nose it is herbal and resinous, with returns of citrus and spice; in the mouth it is full, with a long, dry finish that invites the next sip. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled, in a small glass — or, better still, aerated in the Centellino.
An artisan Italian amaro for the end of the meal, to be savoured slowly.
